We didn't use the airport pick up service but the free drop off service was exceptional! Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable and the little tea and coffee setup was nice in the morning. The Hectors restaurant was a delight, with a great range of healthy plant based food, and it is Auckland's first Vegan certified restaurant. Definitely our first choice when we visit Auckland again! The roof top pool and indoor pools and spa's were lovely, as was the reception area.
